If you think you're an avid manga reader, well, then this manga is highly recommended. The creators are the same people whom made Death Note. Takeshi Obata, the sensei doing the drawing is also the one draws Hikaru No Go *uhuuuuukkk whenever that manga come across my mind, I instantly reminded of the scene when Fujiwara disappeared and left Hikaru all alone :'( powerful stuff man, that particular scene leaves a strong impression in my mind. Anyway.* BAKUMAN is about two mangakas, collaborating in order to become one successful mangaka. One does the drawing and the other does the storyline. Kind of Obata and Ohba, this series creator actually. As the story goes there will be plenty of characters who collaborate like they do. What I like most of BAKUMAN is the characters are such passion driven individuals. All this time I've been reading manga, it always shown that the person who's making them live a modest life. You know, there are side stories in manga about the writer...

Anyone have read "The Magic Thief" book? The author Sarah Prineas use this phrase: " misery eel ". Or in Indonesian, " belut kesengsaraan ". Do you see how fascinating the phrase is? Eel is a slippery cold blooded creature. Associate it with a noun, misery. How do you describe the feeling misery? Lonely? Distress? Discomfort? Imagine when you're feeling misery. All those burdens on your back, suffocating feelings, chills in your bones.... Like a slimy cold eel sliding down your neck, stifling you.... These days you cant write anything on the net. Express your feelings, disgust, mocking others... And you can do it anonymously, without having to take responsibilities on what you have said. There are some problem occurring in this org, but I'm no longer an active member of it. And it frustrates me that I cant do anything about it. I commented once, anonymously sadly, I'm such a coward, not directly talk to the ones I thought I should speak my mind to. Oh what is this crap I'm writing. I don't make any sense. It's just... I'm in no capacity to meddle in the problems, I think. But to see them attacking each other so ferociously, and via a public media so that everyone can see what supposed to be for insiders only.... ARGH!!! Dulu, saya yakin dengan sepenuh hati bahwa saya tidak bisa menari. Badanku kaku, tidak luwes untuk menari sana sini. Gerakan tangan diputar-putar, kaki kemana-mana, pinggul kiri kanan, dulu tuh eke gak bisa sama sekali. Kalo coba menari pasti jadi malah jadi bahan becandaan. Kaku lah anaknya. Sampe SMA, sudah dibuktikan secara empiris bahwa diriku tidak punya harapan di bidang seni tari. Hingga akhirnya bergabung di Paduan Suara Mahasiswa UNHAS. Waktu ikut lomba ACG 2007, kita kan harus nari ya sambil nyanyi. Waktu itu kita ikut kategori folklore, jadi nyanyi lagu tradisional sambil menari. Eke pusing dong, gimana caranya badanku yang kaku ini mo menari? Mana sambil pegang kipas, kipasnya harus diputar-putar terus dibuka dilempar ditutup kembali terus diputar lagi. Ampun maknyak kayaknya akiu gak sanggup. Gimana cara hapalinnya coba? Tangan kemana kaki kemana pinggul kemana? Tapi kan gak mungkin dong cuma gara-gara gak bisa hapal tarian lantas nyerah gak ikutan lomba. Kan konyol. Jadil...
